Gaston County's annual Manufacturing Week will be held October 4th through October 8th.  A kick-off celebration will be held on National Manufacturing Day, October 1st as we host a virtual job fair. 

When it comes to economic development, Gaston County is an emerging hotspot for industrial development with ample inventory under construction.

KNOLL America, Inc. has agreed to purchase approximately 12 acres within the Apple Creek Corporate Center and will construct a 60,000 square foot headquarters operation and production facility.

With several key projects in tow and market trends benefiting Gaston County, experts also believe that county is an emerging hotbed for industrial development
