“As a family owned business, we believe that for any company to be successful, the most important ingredients are its people and the way they interact with each other. A big part of why we selected Apple Creek Corporate Center is because of the great people of Gaston County who made me feel welcome every time during my multiple visits to the area. We are an international company with over 20 years of successful business in the USA. With our growth strategy we continuously invest to serve our customers with the best coloring food solutions. We take pride in being part of America’s daily diet and look forward to having that part of America’s dinner table come from Gaston County. I want to thank Donny Hicks, Steve Nye and the whole team from the EDC for all their hard work in making this happen. Their dedication, solution oriented thinking, rapid replies and professionalism is the gold standard for any partnership. A special thanks for all the support from Chairman Tracy Philbeck and Mayor Walker E. Reid III. We all look forward to being part of this wonderful community and providing opportunity for future growth.” stated Dr. Hendrik Hoeck Chairman of GNT USA, Inc.

“We are excited to welcome GNT to Gaston County and to the Apple Creek Corporate Center. This firm is a great addition to Gaston County’s business community!” said Mr. Tracy Philbeck, Chairman of the Gaston County Board of Commissioners. He further stated, “ This has been a long road to get to this point for both GNT and the County. The successful recruitment of global companies was a key reason for the County’s development of the Apple Creek Corporate Center. If we are to compete for quality economic projects, Gaston County has to provide the proper physical setting for industry. With the Apple Creek Development we are ready for the future.” Chairman Philbeck added, “We look forward to the next step of this great project --- the construction of the advanced production and processing facility. Gaston County looks forward to our lifelong relationship with the GNT.”

“We are proud that the Apple Creek Corporate Center will be the site of GNT’s newest facility. This project shows how a dynamic partnership between the City of Gastonia and Gaston County can create successful results. Gastonia is showing up on the radar for many companies looking to relocate to our community. And there are so many amenities for businesses to explore in a business climate that is ripe for growth and work-life balance that is also attractive to those applying for jobs,” said Mayor Walker E. Reid, III. “On behalf of our City council members, I want to officially welcome GNT to the City of Gastonia for its newest venture and we look forward to a prosperous future together.”
