The Gaston County Business Retention and Expansion program provides a variety of services to existing industries throughout the county.  All consultation and follow ups are provided free of charge for businesses.

On-site visits: Gaston County Economic Development strives to get to know each and every one of our businesses.  By visiting local business, we are able to get to know you, understand your industry capabilities and provide assistance.   In return you’re able to provide valuable  information in regards to economic trends, address industry concerns and effectively communicate challenges in the business community to local officials.

Location Services: Looking for a new site or additional space? We can assist you in this process.

• Providing list and detailed information for land and buildings for expansion or relocation within Gaston County.
• Coordinate a tour of available sites and or buildings
• Provide basic information on average cost of manufacturing, warehouse and office space within the Charlotte Region
• Facilitate meetings with appropriate broker or agent
