Gastonia
Technology Park is a Class A, 350-acre development just one mile north of
I-85 and 30 miles south of I-40, both via four-lane US 321. Additionally I-77
is just 20 miles east.
The park was developed by the Gaston County EDC with a campus-like design.
Sites ranging from 10-80 acres and preservation of natural tree buffers enable
separation between buildings, intended to be single-tenant, owner-occupied.
Heavy landscaping, winding roads,
sidewalks and seating areas create a pedestrian-friendly, aesthetically pleasing
environment. Beneath the attractive surface are heavy utilities for a wide
range of needs including a fiber optic vault.
Gastonia Technology Park's high-capacity transportation access will enable
employers there to attract labor from a three or four-county area. In addition
the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport is only 15 miles away and the
City of Gastonia Municipal Airport only 10.
